"Amir it's just not like Skeeter to leave without a fight.  I don't know, this bothers me a lot," Tiffany said taking another sip of her wine and putting the wineglass down on the coffee table.
"But surely he know if there is more trouble, he goes back to jail," he said in his broken English.
"Well, yeah. I'm sure the restraining order you took out against him helps some.  But I know him.  He left here really angry. He knows you were in here with me. He's not the kind of man to just let that go so easily."
  "Don't worry," he said rubbing her leg as his hand enjoyed the feel of the silk robe on her thigh.  He thought about the passion that they had shared all day. He knew it was worth any amount of trouble he faced now.
"Amir everything is such a mess," she said shaking her head in despair.
"Everything work out. You see."
"I don't have much to look forward to."
"Yes my love you do. How can you say that after we make love today."
"But Amir.  Clark will soon be back from his honeymoon.  I have to work in his townhouse and he'll have Nicole there all the time now."
"He marries her of course she be there."
"I think Nicole's been with Skeeter a few times," she said as her eyes narrowed.
"No.  Surely you are mistaken."
"No.  I'm sure of it.  And now I'll have to work in the townhouse with her.  Look she's been caught with Stanley a couple of times.  Just ask my sister Starlene. That girl has been to bed with every man she knows.  Now I have to work around her too."
"Maybe you get another job.  Maybe Clark move his business to nice office now that they marry."
"Well, that's certainly not the worse problem we have.  Your wife, she's still missing."
"This big problem."
"Yes.  It's a really big problem. That's why I don't like it that Skeeter knows you were here with me."
"He goes home.  What can he do now?"
"I don't know. I just wouldn't put it past him to tell the police or the TV reporters that he knows you were with me."
"Surely no one ever believe anything he tell them. He hit me before, remember?"
"I guess you're right.  He can't do anything.  He's already been in trouble for hitting you once.  You have the restraining order against him. He can't do anything now," she said as the phone on the coffee table rang.  She put her wineglass down and picked up the phone.
"Hello."
"Tiffany."
"Clark!  I'm shocked to hear from you.  Are you on your honeymoon?" she asked turning to glance at Amir.
"Yes.  Nicole and I are in Italy.  I thought I would call and see what's going on with you."
"Not much," she lied.
"Not much?  I hear that Amir's wife is missing. I also hear that Amir's been seeing you.  Have the police been involved with you again?  I have to know what to expect when I come home. Bad publicity like this could cost me business Tiffany."
