"As we graze it grows"

1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
10 - 2 inch cubes Italian bread
3 sweet or hot Italian sausages, cut into 2 inch pieces

Trim excess fat from pork. Thread pork, bread, and sausages onto 8 to 10 long metal skewers, alternating ingredients until they are all used.  Set skewers in a shallow baking pan (or outdoor grill) and broil 3 inches from heat, turning frequently, 12 to 15 minutes, or until pork and sausages are browned and cooked through and the bread golden and crusty. Serves 4 to 6.
