"As we graze it grows"

4 quarts of water
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 3/4 cups whole-meal pasta twists
3 cloves garlic
2 large onions
4 tablespoons walnut oil
1 cup sour cream
2 pinches herb seasoning
2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
5 tablespoons sesame seeds

Bring the salted water and the oil to a boil and cook the pasta, stirring once, for about 8 minutes, until 'al dente.  Peel the cloves of garlic and onions and finely dice.  Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions and garlic, stirring constantly, until transparent.  Stir in the sour cream, season with the herb seasoning, and heat gently, stirring constantly.  Mix the basil and sesame seeds into the sauce.  Serve the well drained noodles on a heated serving dish with the sauce poured over them.
