Arqua Restaurant New York City Restaurants "As we graze it grows"

1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup chocolate chips For Icing:  1/4 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2 to 4 teaspoons of milk Mix together margarine, sugar and brown sugar. Blend in eggs, peanut butter, baking soda, vanilla flour and rolled oats.  Spread in a greased pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.  As soon as the pan is removed from the oven, sprinkle chocolate bits on the top. Return to oven for a few minutes to melt the chocolate, remove again, spreading chocolate evenly;  allow to cool. Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar.  Moisten with milk until a consistency that will spread.  Ice the cooled cookies.  Makes about 2 dozen cookies. Critics rate "As the Mouse Moves" as HOT!
