There isn't a lot of space in New York for building new neighborhoods, so we rebuild old ones. One of the hottest new neighborhoods in NYC today is the old meat packing district. This is a tiny little neighborhood between Greenwich Village, Chelsea and the Hudson River. You'll still see butchers unloading sides of beef from trucks each morning as shoppers walk past carrying their bags from nearby designer stores. At night, you'll see movie stars, models and New Yorkers dining and lounging in the hip new bars and restaurants.
Top right picture you see the bikers stopping by Hogs and Heifers at 859 Washington Street. This little unpretentious bar is famous for movie stars and New Yorkers that drape their bras over the bar when they leave. There are a lot of A's, B's and C's here folks.
