Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Friday November 9^th 2001
Starlene opened the door to the ladies room and walked into the hallway towards the private dining room at Tavern on the Green Restaurant.  She stopped as she turned the corner and in the distance she saw Nicole and Stanley's backs towards her. She watched as Nicole pushed her bosom into Stanley's arm as she kissed the older man on the cheek.  Her heart raced in anger as she watched her older lover's hand make it's way down the back of the tight dress Nicole was wearing as he caressed her firm young hips. She quickly started walking towards them. The sound of her high heels echoed on the hardwood floor.
Stanley heard the sound of Starlene coming towards them and jerked his hand away from Nicole's hips and turned to face his young lover Starlene.
"Hi honey, Nicole's here," Stanley said smiling at Starlene.
"Hi Nicole," Starlene said stiffly as Nicole took a step away from Stanley's side as she watched Starlene rapidly approach them.
"It's nice to see you again Starlett," Nicole said extending her hand towards Starlene.
"It's Starlene," she said ignoring Nicole's extended hand as she took her place next to Stanley.
"Oh, sorry. That's a very unusual name.  Does it have a meaning?" Nicole asked.
"Yes, that I'm a star," Starlene said turning her head towards Stanley smiling with satisfaction as she watched him peering down the front of her low cut dress.
"Why don't we go into the dining room and take a seat before the other guests arrive," Clark suggested.
"That sounds good to me," Nicole said walking ahead of Stanley and Starlene.  Starlene glanced towards Stanley as they approached the dining room and saw that his attention was on Nicole's hips in the tight evening dress.
"Watch yourself Stanley," she whispered.
"I'm going to be busy watching you honey," he said glancing back at her voluptuous young bosom in the low cut dress.
Tiffany turned her attention from the conversation she and her lover Amir were engaged in when she saw everyone entering the dining room.
"Hi Amir," Nicole said walking towards the handsome foreigner and extending her hand.
"So you've already met your new boss?" Clark asked watching Nicole and Amir.
"Yes, we had lunch together today," Nicole said smiling at Amir.
"Why don't we have a seat while we wait for the other guests to arrive," Clark suggested. "Tiffany would you please give the chef this note for me," Clark said handing Tiffany a piece of paper.
"Sure," she said reluctantly taking the folded piece of paper and turning to walk towards the kitchen.  She turned around briefly and stopped as she watched the beautiful young Nicole taking a seat beside Amir and whisper something in his ear.  She watched as her handsome lover smiled at the young girl.  When she sensed he would look her way she quickly turned and rushed into the kitchen.
"Where's Jan?" Clark asked glancing around the table noticing that Stanley's daughter was missing.
"She had previous plans with a close friend of hers on Bleecker Street and said she would be a few minutes late," Stanley said. 
Starlene thought about Skeeter and knew immediately that her sister Tiffany's estranged husband Skeeter was probably with his secret lover Jan again tonight. She hoped Tiffany never found out about the affair.
"Where do you want me to sit?" Tiffany whispered to Clark as she rushed to his side after hurrying from the kitchen.  She hoped to get a seat beside her lover Amir.                   
"Would you sit over there at the table with the other guests?" Clark asked pointing to a nearby table. 
Tiffany turned to walk to the table as she glanced towards Amir she noticed that Nicole's cocktail dress was cut all the way to her waist.  She watched as the young woman put her arm on the table and the fabric of the dress pulled open leaving nothing for the imagination.  Her heart skipped a beat when she saw Amir's eyes were fixed on Nicole's exposed young bosom as the attractive girl smiled at the handsome foreigner seated beside her.
