Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Thursday November 1st 2001 Starlene and Stanley slid into the back of the long white limo and the driver closed the door. "Okay Stanley, tell me how this all happened," Starlene demanded. "What?" he said as the long white car made its way into the traffic on Church Street. "How did you happen to hire that floozy?" Starlene asked referring to the young girl they had just met at the office party at Arqua Restaurant. "Nicole's a nice girl Starlene. I hope the two of you will be good friends," Stanley said as he noticed her short leather skirt. He reached over and patted her on the thigh. "I don't like her. I don't like her at all." "Why would you say that Starlene. You hardly know her." "I can just tell Stanley, she's no good," she said in her thick southern accent. "Give her a little time honey." "Why did you hire her Stanley?" "Because there's just too much work for Jan and me to do and Amir's going to be out of the country a lot." "You could have asked me if I wanted the job." "Starlene you don't want to work." "Well, maybe I would have done it anyway," she confessed. "Fire her Stanley." "No." "Stanley I hate her." "You'll have to give this time. It's too late now, I've already hired her Starlene." "What did Jan mean about you interviewing her and using your sofa like a 'casting couch,'" Starlene said suspiciously. "She was kidding honey," Stanley said remembering the moment that his daughter had opened his office door and caught him on the sofa with the dark haired young girl. "Does that mean she's been making passes at you?" "No. She's very nice." "I don't trust her, not one minute do I trust that girl," Starlene said taking her mirror from her purse and pulling strands of her long blonde hair around her face. "Don't worry she's not as pretty as you are honey," Stanley said glancing towards Starlene and her voluptuous full bosom in the low cut tight sweater. "You really don't think she's as pretty as I am Stanley?" Starlene said rubbing his leg in the dark Brooks Brothers suit he was wearing. "No honey, not even close," Stanley said thinking about Nicole and her youthful figure. "She hasn't got what I have does she Stanley?" Starlene asked starting to feel more sure of his love. "No honey, not nearly as much," Stanley said glancing towards the sweater as Starlene pushed her shoulders back. "You didn't look too much did you Stanley?" she said frowning slightly as she crossed her legs and allowed the tight skirt to rise on her thighs. "No," Stanley said reaching towards her and starting to pull her closer to him. "She's not going to be in the office with you every day is she Stanley?" Starlene asked pouting. "Well... Yeah". "No. I don't want her working in your office everyday," Starlene said pushing him away. "What if I got you the job you've always wanted honey?" Stanley asked. "You mean modeling for Playbody?" she asked studying his face intently. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
