We started Readio over three years ago because we love New York City so much we wanted to share it with the world. You might be wondering if after the terrorist attack of September 11th if we still feel the same way…the answer is we love it even more!
New Yorkers have pulled together much like people in small towns would during hard times. We are different after the attack, we're stronger. Thanks to the heartfelt love and prayers of everyone, the country is stronger and so is much of the world.
Top right picture you see a skyline view of New York City as seen from a rooftop in midtown. This picture was taken a few weeks before the terrorist attack. To the left you see the Empire State Building and in the center, far in the distance, you see the World Trade Center Towers as they once stood.
Center right picture you see the Merchant Marine Memorial in Battery Park. This is one of the quiet and beautiful spots in the city overlooking the Statue of Liberty.
Center right picture you see Broadway and Grace Church in the distance. Church attendance seems to be way up since the terrorist attack.
