L'indirizzo (the street address) for great Italian food is Mulberry Street in Little Italy. It's difficult to walk the narrow sidewalks of Mulberry and not stop to have lunch or dinner. The smell of hot pasta and fresh bread are just irresistible. The waiters stand on the sidewalks smiling and speaking with heavy Italian accents as they welcome you in to dine.
Top left picture you see the Empire State Building in the far distance and the traffic on Mulberry Street.
Top right picture you see Puglia Restaurant between Mott and Mulberry Streets at 189 Hester Street. This restaurant is great fun and serves wonderful food. Jorge Buccio strolls and sings "That's Amore" as you dine.
Center right picture you see gifts shops on Mulberry. You can buy souvenirs such as aprons, magnets, and chef hats (Italian, of course!)
