Top right picture you see another view of the esplanade at Battery Park. This is very close to the Jewish Heritage Museum which is located on the tip of the island.
Top left picture you see the towers of the World Trade Center. If you want to shop you'll find a huge mall of stores inside also most major subway lines are available here.
Center right picture you see the Manhattan Yacht Club, in case you are worried about where you'll dock your yacht while you're here.
Bottom right picture you see Castle Clinton which is at the tip of the island. This is an honest to goodness old fort. From here you can catch a ferry for the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island.
