Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Friday July 13th 2001 "Aren't you Starlene?" the TV reporter asked as the voluptuous young blonde rushed down the driveway of Gracie Mansion towards them in her short low cut white summer dress and high heels. "Yeah! Oh my God. You're the second person that's recognized me today!" she said in her thick southern accent thrilled with the repeated recognition. "Really who was the other person?" the reporter asked amused watching her put one hand on her shapely hip and fan her face with her small straw purse as she stood before them in the hot sun. "A cab driver knew me just a few minutes ago." "You've become famous haven't you Starlene?" the reporter said as his eyes noticed the perspiration on her cleavage in the low cut summer dress. "I guess so! Lordy! What are you guys doing here?" she asked glancing towards the cameraman and the news van. "We're here to do a broadcast for the evening news," the reporter said. "Wow! Did you know Stanley Morgan's in there today?" she asked. "Is he?" the reporter asked having been aware of this fact for hours. "Yeah," she said smiling broadly. "You're Stanley's girlfriend aren't you?" the reporter asked. "Yeah," she said brushing her long blonde hair from her face. "Hot huh?" the reporter, asked. "Pardon?" "It's hot out here," he said. "Oh Yeah. Oh. I thought you meant something else," she said laughing and fanning her face a little faster. "Just commenting on the hot weather. You're something else Starlene. I bet Stanley really likes you," the reporter said as his eyes darted down the low cut dress. "Yes. Stanley and I are in love," she said. "Really?" "I think so." "What about the Mayor? You know anything about him?" "I'd never tell you," she said laughing wishing she knew something scandalous about the man she had only met once. "What about the mayoral candidate, Amir Hada. Do you know anything about him?" "What are you trying to do, interview me or something?" "Would you tell us if we interview you on TV?" "I guess I could talk to you. Is this local New York news?" she asked. "Depends on what you tell us. If you tell us something big then it might be on the national news tonight," the reporter said hoping to get a feel of how much she might say. "Oh Wow! I'd love to be on national news. I've never been on national news before," she said touching her damp bosom with the back of her hand. "If you could tell us whether Amir's dating your sister Tiffany…that's the kind of thing that would make national news," the reporter said. "I think I could tell you something about that," Starlene said smiling seductively. "John, let's start rollin'" the reporter said as the cameraman focused on Starlene. "First…. Do I look okay?" she said pushing her chest forward and putting her hands on her hips. "You look great Starlene." A cab pulled up and stopped quickly behind the news van. "Here" Jan said throwing a twenty dollar bill towards the driver. "Your change," the driver said as Jan pushed the door open. "Keep it," Jan snapped slamming the door and quickly walking towards Starlene and the reporter as the cameras rolled. CONTINUED MONDAY. MORE SOAP PICTURES BELOW.
