Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Friday June 29th 2001 Elizabeth opened the door to her penthouse apartment overlooking Central Park. "Hi," Skeeter said smiling broadly as he noticed the low cut blouse she was wearing. "Come in Darling," she said motioning for the handsome southerner to come into her luxurious living room. "Would you like a drink before we go?" she asked watching his swagger as he walked into the living room. "That sounds great," he said in his slow southern accent. "Same thing you were drinking last night?" she asked referring to the Bourbon and water he had requested at the party at Gracie Mansion. "Yeah that sounds good," he said walking towards the open French doors and stepping out onto her balcony. He looked out at the view of Central Park and Fifth Avenue below. He'd spent the night at Jan's mansion on the Upper East Side last night but this penthouse apartment was like something out of a magazine of the lifestyles of the rich and famous. "Here Darling," Elizabeth said walking out onto the balcony and handing him a drink as she stood beside him. "Thanks," he said taking a long sip and turning to place the glass on the table next to him. "You like the view?" she asked admiring his muscular arms. "It's great. I don't have much of a view from my place," he said. "Where do you live Skeeter?" "Bleecker Street." "Oh. I see. I guess that's okay if you want to go to a jazz club or attend classes at NYU," she said. "I don't do either one of those things," he said allowing his eyes to feast on her low cut blouse. "Have you ever been to the opera?" "No. Never been to an opera," he said shaking his head. "Are you excited about us going tonight?" she asked. "Excited about being with you Baby," he said. He knew that if she had a steady boyfriend she surely would have had an escort at the party last night at Gracie Mansion instead of attending it alone. "Are you sure you want to go?" she asked. "I can think of a lot of other things that might be a lot more fun, to be honest with you," he said smelling her heavy perfume as the wind blew her long dark hair around her face. "What kinds of things do men from the south like to do?" "Things that women from the north enjoy," he said putting his arm around her waist pulling her closer to him. "What kinds of things do you think women enjoy?" "Feel good things Baby," he said kissing her softly on the cheek as his lips moved towards her ear. "That feels very nice Skeeter," she said feeling warm all over. "You're beautiful Baby," he whispered as his fingers quickly unbuttoned the front of the blouse. "We're on the balcony Skeeter someone might see," she whispered. "You don't know whoever lives over there," he said referring to the balcony next door. "Yes I do. A famous TV personality lives in the next apartment," she said as she felt his fingers quickly unhook her bra and his lips move down her neck. "Then we better get down here where they can't see us," Skeeter said guiding her towards the lounge chair on the balcony as he tossed her blouse on the table nearby. "What about Jan?" she asked softly wondering if he and Jan had an exclusive relationship since Jan had insisted he escort her home last night. "No one will ever know will they?" he asked. "You won't tell?" she asked stretching out on the lounge willingly as he unbuttoned her linen skirt. "Never," he lied. CONTINUED MONDAY. MORE PHOTOS BELOW.
