Now you see it now you don't. That's how fast the Upper West Side of Manhattan is changing.
Of course there are a few things that will never change and one of them is Central Park. Top left picture you see Central Park West at Columbus Circle.
Center right picture was taken at Columbus Circle looking west. A few months ago you would have seen the old New York Coliseum but that has been torn down. You see the cranes in the background as the new structures are being erected. We'll keep you posted.
Bottom right picture you see the gold statue of Christopher Columbus erected in 1894. This famous old statue seems dwarfed by the new building around the circle. Behind the statue you see Central Park West. Click here for more photos of the Upper West Side.
