When you walk around downtown New York City you become more aware of the fact that the island of Manhattan is narrow. You'll also notice that the streets have names instead of numbers which makes finding your way around a little more difficult.
Top left picture you see the old Municipal Building downtown. This is very close to the entrance of the Brooklyn Bridge.
Top right picture you see the World Trade Towers and the Woolworth Building as seen from a walking tour across the Brooklyn Bridge.
Center right picture you see Mulberry Street in Little Italy. The smell of great Italian food could lead you here without difficulty.
Bottom right picture you see the New York County Court house (left) and the United States Courthouse (right) in Lower Manhattan. A subpoena might lead you here, but you'll need help finding the right room if you have a day in court.
