Top left picture you see Columbus Circle. It's a major traffic circle dividing the city in all directions.
Top right you see the Hard Rock Café on 57th Street. 57th is known for great shopping and art galleries.
If you continue north of Columbus Circle you will come to the Lincoln Center (pictured to the center right).
This area of the Upper West Side is a most desirable location to live too. Bottom right you see some of the beautiful townhouses off of Columbus Avenue. Yes, Columbus is a very popular name on this side of town.
