As of this date we've never met anyone that didn't love Chinatown! It's probably the most unique area of New York City. The streets are lined with wonderful stores and friendly people.
Top left picture you see Charles Schwab on the corner of Canal Street in Chinatown.
Top right picture you see an eastern view of Canal Street. Here you'll find lots of jewelry stores. Most of the sales help in the jewelry stores speak English and they'll be happy to show you beautiful gold Chinese jewelry.
Center right picture you see a sidewalk on Canal Street. Chinatown is always busy. Since so many stores and vendors sell on the sidewalks, it gets very crowded.
Bottom right picture you see a fruit vendor on Canal Street. Don't forget to ask for a bargain. Nothing is really as it's priced - which is part of the fun.
