1 can minced clams 2 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 stick butter 1 clove garlic minced Salt for seasoning Freshly Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 tablespoon minced parsley
Put butter and olive oil in small saucepan. Add garlic and simmer lightly. Add clams (juice and all), salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Simmer while spaghetti is cooking. Makes enough sauce for 1/2 lb. spaghetti or serves two.
