Lower Manhattan is home to City Hall, museums, monuments, and the Financial District. Downtown is the area of the city where the streets have names not numbers. Most of the streets are narrow and the buildings are so tall sometimes it's difficult to see the sky.
Top left picture was taken on the Brooklyn Bridge showing you the skyline of Lower Manhattan. The World Trade Center ( twin towers ) are seen to the right.
Top right picture is Broadway. In the center you see Grace Church which was built in 1843.
Center right picture is City Hall only a few blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge.
Bottom right picture you see The Police Building built in 1909. This wonderful old building was converted into residences that have become home to rich and famous stars such as Winona Ryder, Cindy Crawford and Steffi Graf.
