Buongiorno is Italian for good day or hello, a word you might hear frequently as you walk the streets of Little Italy. Little Italy is a very friendly neighborhood! The streets are lined with great Italian restaurants, food stores and souvenir shops. Many of the Italian families have moved out of the city to the suburbs, however, you still see a very strong Italian influence.
